The easiest way to get your own boat is to just go out and buy one that is already made. the trouble with this is that you have no say so as to how the boat. Bateau weaknesses: i've only seen 1 bateau builder who really built a boat that size or larger with the amount of epoxy listed on the study plans; i've not heard of any who completed the build in the hours shown; you'd certainly have to be an experienced pro, great shop, lots of experience, and no "pondering time"..
