Drift Boat Plans Stitch And Glue

0

The stitch and glue method is very common and most popular method to construct drift boats. this method is so called because flexible wires are used to stitch the parts of the boat. after stitching the parts, epoxy glue is used to held different parts together correctly. this is a slow, but not difficult, job.. The drifter is a mckenzie-styled boat constructed from 3/8″ (10mm) bs 1088 plywood with our stitch and glue method. the bottom of the boat is additionally reinforced with an additional cold-molded layer of 1/4″ (6mm) plywood and there is an option of fastening a layer of uhmw board to the bottom, in addition to that layer, to help this. This directory includes all of the plans that are specifically designed for stitch and glue construction. the rc model x-1 is an inexpensive way to try out this popular contruction method..
