I've posted a lot of "scrap wood" projects recently, and here is one more. I knew this job needed to be done so I tried to save a couple large pieces of mahogany plywood. The off-cuts were the prefect size for this job.
The final step of the project was to (as usual) disassemble my day's work and epoxy coat the pieces.
