After all the work to lay-up fiberglass panels, there is still more work to do. I spent two days laying fiberglass cloth and resin over the edges of insulation foam board to create a thick lip where the door will fit in place. Once the fiberglass was hard I set to work sanding and grinding it to the correct shape. I got about half way through grinding and decided to take a break.
It's dirty work.
