When is a parking permit not a parking permit?
I work in an office at Yacht Haven Grande right next to the marina, and all employees get parking permits for their cars.
Turns out that you need to go to the marina office to get a DIFFERENT parking permit that allows you to park overnight.
So, when is a parking permit not a parking permit?
When you are in St Thomas!
